Your host’s of The Silver Fox Seafood Restaurant are Shane & Sharon Carroll & Gopal & Anna Maria Kawander. The restaurant was set up to provide fine food & fare to all who dine there. We pride ourselves on providing a unique and memorable fine food experience.
Shane has worked in the Irish Food and Hospitality industry for over 26 years, starting his career in food and hospitality at the age of 15 years. He later trained and qualified in Hotel Management with the Great Southern Hotel group. Shane successfully managed and worked with a number of food and hospitality businesses.
Gopal Kawander, is a professionally qualified culinary chef. Gopal was head chef on the QE2 for 14 years. He also worked as head chef in a well known wexford hotel for a number of years before joining Shane Carroll to run and operate the now successful and award winning Silver Fox Seafood Restaurant.
The restaurant serves the best of fresh seafood and produce. All food is locally sourced. The restaurant provides a selection of fine world wines to compliment the food experience
We also produce our own sauces and dressings as part of the Silver Fox Food Company and we invite visitors to avail of these on their visit. You can also order these products online here for you your own use in your own kitchen after you leave the restaurant.
